4-Part Well-Being Workshop Series

This four-workshop series brings together brain science, neuroscience, and Blue Zones–inspired practices to support lasting well-being. Participants learn simple, practical tools to reduce stress, build healthy habits, strengthen connection, and create a life rooted in purpose. Each session builds on the last—helping individuals reset their nervous system, simplify daily routines, and thrive mentally, emotionally, and socially.
