Jennifer Jelavich is a health and wellness consultant and educator with nearly three decades of experience supporting individuals, parents, and communities. Her work focuses on helping people simplify life, strengthen connection, and build healthy, sustainable habits in today’s fast-paced world.
Jennifer began her career as a classroom teacher and later became the first Online Teaching Specialist at San Francisco State University, where she supported faculty in creating engaging online learning experiences. Since 2003, she has worked as an Educational Consultant, designing and facilitating workshops for parents, students, educators, and organizations.
Her approach blends Love and Logic®, brain health and neuroscience, and Blue Zones®–inspired practices to offer practical, easy-to-apply tools that support emotional well-being, healthy relationships, and resilience. Since 2022, Jennifer has supported schools and worksites through the Blue Zones Project Yuba-Sutter, helping embed well-being into everyday culture.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University and is the founder of Back2Basics4Life.com. Grounded in both professional experience and life as a mom of three sons, her work supports healthier families, schools, and communities.
